1. Acceptance
By creating a workspace or purchasing credits on nordimaxum.pro you agree to these Terms. If you contract on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. The service
Nordimaxum provides multi‑tenant AI agents (the "Service") delivered as software‑as‑a‑ service on a credit-based, pay-per-use model. Features, channels and integrations evolve continuously; we will not materially reduce functionality without notice.
3. Credits and billing
- One credit equals EUR 0.10. Other currencies are converted at indicative market rates.
- Credit packs start at 50 credits and can be purchased at any time.
- Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, including bonus credits.
- Each action across our AI products deducts a published number of credits from your workspace balance.
- Invoices include EU VAT where applicable and are due on receipt.
- Failed payments may result in suspension of access after 7 days' notice.
4. Money‑back guarantee
First‑time credit purchases are covered by a 14‑day money‑back guarantee. If the Service is not a fit, request a refund of the unused balance under our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.
6. Customer data and IP
You retain all rights to data you upload or generate inside your workspace ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to process Customer Data solely to deliver the Service. We do not train shared foundation models on your Customer Data.
7. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information with the same care it applies to its own, and at least with reasonable care.
8. Service levels
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for standard credit usage, and 99.9% with credits for Enterprise customers under a written SLA. Excludes scheduled maintenance and force majeure.
9. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". AI outputs may contain errors; you remain responsible for reviewing automated communications, transactions and content before they reach end customers.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Term and termination
Workspaces remain active as long as you have a positive credit balance. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days. We may suspend access without notice for security incidents or AUP violations.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes will be resolved by the Harju County Court, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
